Cangaru is a browser extension that enhances ChatGPT with features such as notes, bookmarks, and the Clarify AI assistant. The Service may include cloud sync and premium features when you subscribe.

3. Account and Subscription

You may create an account to use cloud sync and premium features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Free and paid plans are available; paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Paddle) and may be cancelled at any time.

3.1 Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refunds are processed through Paddle; contact us at our contact page to request a refund. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or after the 14-day window. Refund eligibility is subject to Paddle's terms and our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent limits, or use it to harm others.

5. Intellectual Property

Cangaru and its branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
